We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic students to join our Co-op Internship Program at A&O Shearman’s Riyadh office. Our Co-op program is designed to help bridge the gap between university education and the real professional legal environment. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a top-tier law firm, work alongside experienced legal professionals, and contribute to high-profile cases and transactions in Saudi Arabia and across the region. The Co-op internship will last for a period of 7 months with intakes in January and August. ## Missions Assist lawyers with legal research, drafting, and documentation. Support teams in legal opinions, and client presentations. Participate in team meetings, client interactions, and strategy discussions. Collaborate on corporate transactions, dispute resolution cases, and other legal matters.
