## Description The Sr. Legal Counsel SSG (Europe and META) role primarily involves providing comprehensive legal support for Lenovo's operations focusing on Europe and META regions. The successful candidate will assist in various legal matters, compliance, and contracts while navigating the complex legal landscape in these markets. The role may involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations. ## Missions 1. Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on various legal issues related to technology and operations in the Europe and META regions. 2. Review, draft and negotiate contracts and agreements. 3. Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies. 4. Collaborate with regional and global legal teams to handle disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters. ## Profil recherché The ideal candidate should have a law degree (J.D. or equivalent) and significant experience as a corporate legal counsel, preferably in a technology or multinational environment. Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of EU and META legal standards are required.
