You will support the General Counsel on a broad range of legal, corporate, intellectual property and compliance matters, acting as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders. The role offers exposure to complex cross-border projects, strategic contractual negotiations, brand protection matters, corporate governance activities and the implementation of Group compliance standards. ## Profil recherché - Master’s Degree in Law - Admitted to the Italian Bar - At least 4/5 years of professional experience gained in leading international law firms and/or in-house legal departments of multinational companies - Previous experience in international companies within the luxury, fashion, retail, consumer goods or jewellery industry would be considered a strong plus - Solid experience in commercial contracts and general corporate law matters; exposure to compliance, intellectual property and international business operations is highly appreciated - Fluent English, at least C1 level - Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills ## Avantages - Compensation: 35.000 – 40.000 € - Additional benefits: on top of legal benefits, we offer meal vouchers - Applicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Abbigliamento Moda - Level: Impiegato 6° ## Rémunération 35.000 – 40.000 € ## Processus de recrutement N/A
