## Description Senior Data Protection Lawyer /Juriste Senior en protection des données ## Missions The post holder assists the Group Head of Ethics and Compliance in a number of tasks, including drafting Data Protection clauses in contracts, monitoring and managing the DPO mailbox, drafting and improving Group policies, conducting Privacy by Design assessments, coordinating the Data Protection network, organizing training sessions, managing complaints with data protection authorities, notifying data breaches, and providing reports. ## Profil recherché A previous experience in Data Protection (minimum 5 years) and experience in project management. Degree in law with a strong compliance/data protection component. Languages: English and French, a third language would be a plus. Organized, priority-oriented, collaborative, proactive, enthusiastic, agile, and diplomatic.
