## Description Act as an in-house counsel to the company, providing comprehensive legal advice with respect to all company legal matters while strictly respecting Air Liquide's rules and principles of safety and ethics. Provides overall legal support and advice to the company and its teams (including but not limited to HR, Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Logistics)... ## Missions Provides overall legal support and advice to the company and its teams, contributes to good governance, advises on Bulgarian legal matters, assesses and advises on liabilities, supports potential acquisitions, handles legal support on insurance and compliance matters, and manages litigation and dispute resolution. ## Profil recherché Education: University Degree in Law; Experience: 3+ years in similar in-house legal roles; Fluent in English and Bulgarian; Technical expertise in Google Workspace and MS Office; Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.
