## Description Provide legal support and advice to the Company and its affiliates in particular in the areas of compliance with legal obligations, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, establishing and implementing corporate governance and supporting any potential or actual litigation or arbitration. ## Missions 1 - Provide legal support (drafting, negotiating) for all commercial contracts with clients and suppliers the Company enters into. 2 - Work collaboratively across a broad range of people developing and maintaining strong working relationships between legal and all businesses & functional teams like finance, human resources to facilitate a team based approach. 3 - Proactively communicate and manage expectations with multiple stakeholders. 4 - Advise on a wide range of commercial matters including contracts, corporate matters, manufacturing related issues, product liability, regulatory and competition law matters. 5 - Identify legal and risk issues and proactively develop effective legal strategies and practical solutions. ## Profil recherché - LLB from a Japanese university is required. JD or LLM from a law school in Japan or other jurisdiction is a plus. - At least 3 years of experience as an in-house counsel, preferably in the manufacturing industry. - Excellent drafting and verbal/written communication skills in Japanese. - Proficiency in Japanese laws, including civil/commercial law, product liability, insolvency, antitrust, and construction-related laws and regulations. - Highest professional integrity, ethical standards, and a strong drive for professional development. ## Avantages / ## Rémunération / ## Processus de recrutement /
