Our Corporate Associate will work on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, and other corporate transactions and legal matters. ## Missions The Corporate Associate will work alongside partners and senior associates in the M&A group on various matters, including advising clients on corporate governance, transactional matters, and closings. Involvement in drafting legal documents, performing due diligence, and managing client relationships are integral aspects of this role. ## Profil recherché Candidates should possess a strong academic background, have experience in corporate law, and be comfortable negotiating and drafting agreements. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a law firm environment focusing on corporate law is preferred.
