## Description Experience a six-month internship at A&O Shearman starting in January 2027, where you will become an integral part of the team, collaborate with accomplished lawyers, and actively contribute to both local and cross-border legal cases. ## Missions Conducting legal research, Participating in due diligence exercises, Translating, drafting and proofreading legal documents, Assisting in preparing client correspondence and presentations. ## Profil recherché You are a master’s student in business law with a specialization in tax law. You are fluent in French and English, German is an asset.
