Senior Associate - Construction (H/F)

## Description We are recruiting for a Construction lawyer to join our Real Estate team in London as Senior Associate. ## Missions Drafting and negotiating construction documents for all types of real estate asset based transactions and data center deals, managing the construction workstream on real estate, financing and corporate transactions, project management of construction elements, providing contract management advice, and building client relationships. ## Profil recherché Qualified lawyer – 6 PQE+ or above for Senior Associate. Strong technical knowledge of construction procurement methods and detailed knowledge of documents used in construction procurement transactions. Extensive experience of construction and development elements of financing, real estate and corporate transactions.
