## Description We are currently looking for a Mid-level Lawyer in Real Estate. You will work in a truly diverse environment, on both local and cross-border projects and on Real Estate or M&A matters. You will work in a highly collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment, and you will be part of a team that helps you learn and succeed. ## Missions You will work on local and cross-border projects related to Real Estate and M&A matters, supporting institutional clients and project developers on complex lease arrangements and construction projects. ## Profil recherché You possess a Law degree, preferably with distinction. An additional degree from an American or English university – LL.M. – would be an asset. You have at least 3–4 years of experience in Real Estate law in Luxembourg, with prior exposure to technical matters such as urban planning, real estate transactions, and property development. Experience in real estate litigation would be a plus.
