## Description We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to support Mistral AI’s GDPR compliance strategy by being the product and engineering teams' closest partner and advisor, and drafting compliance documentation. The legal team currently comprises 15 persons across Paris and Palo Alto, covering a spectrum of competences across regulatory, IP, contracts and corporate. ## Missions Support Mistral AI’s GDPR compliance by managing compliance documentation, answering and managing data subject requests, implementing GDPR processes, managing employee training, negotiating DPAs, and monitoring privacy regulations. Advise other teams on privacy topics by updating compliance documentation and answering privacy-related questions. ## Profil recherché Master degree in law, bar admission is a plus. 3 to 5 years of experience in a law firm or in a tech company, specializing in IT law and privacy law/GDPR compliance.
